New Web Site Available Soon

The new DragonAutomotive.com web site is coming along nicely and we will be having a soft opening soon. This preview will be exclusive to our Blog readers so be sure to stop back for details and a link to our new site.

Data Center OK

The problems at the data center have been resolved. The center came back on line Monday June 2, 2008 and have been running ever since. Images are now working again. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

Temporary Server Issue

Yesterday the place that houses the TyComm portion of everything experienced an event which has taken down that entire section of my Internet domain. This has caused the images on DragonAutomotive.com to stop working along with several other web sites and email. The DragonAutomotive site will still operate and email is still working but the images won't be available until the data center has fixed the hardware problem. I am hopeful that they will have this issue fixed within the next few days. If you have any questions or want us to email you an image contact me through the web site.

Long Time New Post

Sorry, it's been a while since our last post. I've been working on other sites at Tyson Communications. Read the TyComm Blog for details on the other projects that we have going on in the web development and design world.

Status of the new site is currently ongoing and we are working through a few issues that have come up with our new shopping cart system. Our projected time frame for the new site is still on pace for the end of the year however we are going to be changing things up a bit. I am not going to be using the performancepartsandaccessories.com web site to show the new site. Instead that domain name will not be the actual shopping cart and DragonAutomotive.com will contain all of the pages that link to the various parts and accessories. It may sound a bit confusing now but it will make sense when your using the system.

The spin off site BilletGrilleStore.com is going good and has shown us some of the limitations of the new system. We will be continuing to work on that site which is part of a larger project that I have in mind. Stay tuned for more details on that.

What Were Up To

We have been busy with other TyComm projects at the moment but we are also making progress on the new shopping cart. We will be implementing a new site design which will integrate the new shopping cart sometime this summer. You will be able to preview the new site which will be located at performancepartsandaccessories.com. Currently this site links you back to the DragonAutomotive.com web site but that will change once we have the site designed. Stay tuned to our blog for further information.

A Web Spin Off

We have begun working with a new shopping cart and in doing so we will be spinning off web sites from DragonAutomotive.com. Our first spin off site is BilletGrilleStore.com and will feature only billet grilles for cars and trucks from the current high quality manufacturers that we deal with.

These new web site spin offs will deliver the same great products and service you have come to know but will also introduce new products and services. So as this, the beginning of many new changes that DragonAutomotive.com will begin in 2008 be sure to add us to your RSS reader to keep up with all the latest info.
